General Sales Conditions

These terms govern ticket purchases and reservations at Grupo Enjoy venues (Enjoy Terrace and Outxide Club), organised and provided by Enjoy Club 78 S.L. Contracts are not concluded on www.grupoenjoy.es: this website informs and redirects to the external platforms where each purchase or reservation is completed.

These terms apply to the following transactions initiated from the Website:

• Ticket purchases for Outxide Club events: completed on the FourVenues sales platform.
• VIP table bookings at Outxide Club: handled through FourVenues (with minimum spend or advance deposit, depending on the event).
• Area reservations at Enjoy Terrace: arranged directly by phone.

The Website has no payment gateway of its own. When pressing the purchase or booking buttons, the user is redirected to the corresponding external platform (FourVenues), where they:

1. Select the event, date, ticket type or table.
2. Enter their details and review the order summary with the total price including taxes.
3. Accept the platform’s terms and complete payment in its secure gateway.
4. Receive a confirmation email with the details and, where applicable, the ticket QR code.

These terms are supplemented by the terms of the platform on which the transaction is completed, which the user must accept during the process.

Ticket and service prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Grupo Enjoy reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting purchases already confirmed.

Payments are processed entirely in the secure gateway of the corresponding external platform (FourVenues uses Stripe as payment processor, PCI-DSS certified). Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and, depending on the platform, Apple Pay and Google Pay are typically accepted. Grupo Enjoy does not store, process or have access to your full card details.

5.1. Event tickets (Outxide Club)

• Cancellation by buyer: Event tickets are non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed, except in the case of event cancellation by the organiser.
• Event cancellation: If Grupo Enjoy cancels an event, a full refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days via the original payment method.
• Date change: If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date. If the buyer cannot attend the new date, a refund may be requested within 7 days of the date change notification.
• Transfer: Tickets are nominative but transferable. The holder may request a name change by emailing [email protected] up to 24 hours before the event.

5.2. VIP reservations (Outxide Club)

• VIP reservations require a prior deposit equal to the established minimum spend.
• Cancellation more than 48h in advance: 100% deposit refund.
• Cancellation less than 48h in advance: 50% of the deposit will be retained as a penalty.
• No-show: 100% of the deposit will be retained.

5.3. Lounge bookings (Enjoy)

• Standard bookings do not require a deposit and may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the reserved time.
• For groups of 6 or more guests, a deposit per guest, the amount of which will be indicated when the booking is confirmed may be required. In case of no-show, the deposit will be retained.
• For special events (themed dinners, tasting menus, private dining), the specific cancellation conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.

Ticket purchases for Outxide Club and reservations at Enjoy Terrace are restricted to persons aged 18 and over. Grupo Enjoy reserves the right to request identification at the venue entrance. Refusal of entry for failing to prove legal age does not entitle the holder to a refund.

In accordance with Article 103(l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), tickets for shows and events on a specific date are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Likewise, restaurant and lounge bookings for a specific date and time are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 103(l), as they are services relating to accommodation (non-residential), catering or leisure activities with a specific date or period of performance.

Grupo Enjoy shall not be liable for the buyer's inability to access the event due to causes beyond the organiser's control, including but not limited to: loss of ticket, failure to comply with the dress code, state of intoxication or inappropriate behaviour, force majeure, or restrictions imposed by the authorities.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the Civil Code and the LSSI-CE. For the resolution of disputes, the Courts of Palma de Mallorca shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's right to their local jurisdiction where applicable.
