Hiru Food & Drinks — Thank You for Everything | Alcúdia, Mallorca

Hiru was born from a simple idea: fire, honest produce and good people. Along the way we shared seafood paellas at lunchtime, dry-aged steaks over glowing embers and conversations that stretched into the small hours.

Today this chapter comes to a close. Hiru has served its last service, and all that remains is to say thank you: to everyone who sat at our table, to the team that poured their soul into every dish, and to Port d'Alcúdia for making us feel at home.

We won't call it goodbye. The fire goes out, but the embers stay warm: this space is resting while we dream up what comes next. And what comes next… you're going to like it.
