These conditions govern access to and attendance at Grupo Enjoy venues, especially Outxide Club. By entering any of our premises, the customer accepts and undertakes to comply with the following rules.
Access to Outxide Club is restricted to persons aged 18 and over. A valid official identity document (national ID, passport, residence permit or driving licence) will be required at the entrance. Expired documents or photocopies will not be accepted.
Access to Enjoy Terrace as a cocktail bar is restricted to persons aged 18 and over from 00:00h onwards. During daytime terrace hours, minors accompanied by a responsible adult are permitted.
Access to Hiru Food & Drinks has no age restriction as it is a restaurant.
Outxide Club applies a dress code to maintain an atmosphere in keeping with the venue's concept. Smart casual attire or above is recommended. As a guide:
The final admission decision rests with the door staff, who will assess the suitability of attire for the specific event. This assessment is applied in a non-discriminatory manner and based solely on dress criteria.
No formal dress code applies. Appropriate attire for a hospitality venue is required (footwear mandatory, clothing covering intimate areas).

Breach of any of these rules entitles venue staff to request the customer to leave the premises, with no right to a refund for the ticket or drinks purchased.
Our venues operate within the capacity limits authorised by the competent authorities. When maximum capacity is reached, access will be temporarily closed until occupancy levels allow, regardless of whether the customer holds a ticket or reservation.
VIP reservation holders have priority access, subject to the specific conditions of their booking.
Grupo Enjoy is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings inside its venues. We recommend not carrying unnecessary valuables. If the venue offers a cloakroom service, liability conditions will be indicated at the point of delivery.
In accordance with applicable regional regulations (Law 7/2013 of 26 November on the Legal Regime for the Installation, Access and Operation of Activities in the Balearic Islands, and implementing regulations), the venue reserves the right of admission.
This right will always be exercised in a reasoned, non-discriminatory manner and in accordance with the objective grounds set out in section 3 of this document. In the event of refusal of entry, the customer is entitled to request a verbal explanation of the reason.
