Hiru Food & Drinks is a charcoal-grill restaurant located on Carretera d'Arta 40, Alcudia. The name Hiru means "three" in Basque, reflecting the three-pillar philosophy that defines the restaurant: top-quality produce, fire as the cooking method and an atmosphere where great food and good times go hand in hand. Hiru is part of Grupo Enjoy, alongside Enjoy Terrace and Outxide Club.

Dry-Aged Meats
Hiru's star speciality is dry-aged meat. We select premium cuts matured for weeks under controlled conditions to achieve concentrated flavour and exceptional texture. Ribeye, tomahawk, skirt steak and ribs are some of the options on our menu, all cooked over a natural-wood charcoal grill.
Rice Dishes and Seafood Paella
Rice dishes are another cornerstone of Hiru's kitchen. The seafood paella, made with homemade stock and fresh produce from Alcudia's fish market, is one of our most requested dishes. We also serve lobster caldoso rice, black rice with baby squid and vegetable rice. Each rice dish is prepared to order, so we recommend ordering on arrival.
Mediterranean Fish

Opening Hours
Hiru Food & Drinks is open Monday to Sunday except Tuesdays. Hours: 12:00 to 23:30 (Friday and Saturday until 01:00). We recommend booking in advance, especially in high season (June to September).

Hiru is located on Carretera d'Arta 40, Alcudia 07400, Balearic Islands. It is a 5-minute drive from Alcudia's historic old town and 2 minutes from Port d'Alcudia's promenade. Parking is available nearby. From Palma, take the Ma-13 motorway (approximately 50 minutes).
